What Is The Real World Like?

(not a true story, but some bits are)

Have you ever wanted a tragedy to end?
Like a deadly disease that could kill a family member?
Or if the accident could be over?
Have you ever felt like your never understood?
Or that sometimes friends can comfort you?
Wondering what the real world is like is diffrent.
People wonder about stuff like, what is inside the box?
When will it arrive? and all that stuff.
Wishes don't come true all the time.
But some can. A wish upon a star is just a figure of speech.
When you dress to kill for a special someone, but they don't even notice.
That just means that their just concentrating on something else.
When you feel sad, and there's no one to cheer you up.
All that is sad, but guess what, that's how life is.
For a few days people care, but then no one does, except family.
Unless you keep it to yourself.
For example, when Michael Jackson died, they had special movies
in his honour, but then no one cared.
It's all behind them now.
That's reality.
When a baby is born, they have it in the news, but then no one cares.
Some people are diffrent to the others.
Some are nice, kind and polite.
Some are mean and nasty.
The others are in between.
But, that's life!

Here are the pictures that I said I'd give to you!Brandon and the broken wheel.


How did it happen you ask?


Well, we were playing with our cousin's bikes. He rode on the old plastic bike and I rode on the new steel bike. "Lets do a stunts competition," those were his words. My uncle said, "GO!". We rode around the garden normally for a little while and then he started doing zig zags, curves, and all that stuff.


This is it, near the drain, on the old plastic bike. Then he tries to do a bunny hop, my uncle said that he was on a bumpy road, then a little jump and then, KAPOW. He had fallen on his side and the bike was on him. My uncle and I started to laugh, then Brandon laughed. My uncle took pictures and a video to make sure that we remember that moment.

The video below is a film of my little brother explaining how he broke my cousins bike. In their garden and now he's afraid of what our cousins will do to him two days later.

Yee Pak Kung's ceremony

December 20th, 2009

Yee Pak Kung's ceremony was on December 20th, 2009. It was hot, but everyone one managed to survive. We burnt paper money for him, in his new home. The fire that was used to burn the paper made visible heat waves, they used a stick to poke the paper in the fire. We visited our great grandfather, we burnt jossticks, we gave jossticks to other people that we don't really know to be polite. We took pictures and we did heaps more things.

Brandon (my little brother), kau fu (my uncle) and I tied together firecrackers, I didn't tie them together, I opened the packets. Which means that I DIDN'T tie them together. We lit the crackers on the grass bed behind the stones. In the picture above, most of the family is there, my mum and Alyssa weren't there because Alyssa had been sick, after that we went to visit kungkung (my grandfather). I got mosquito bites when we visited kungkung, heaps of mosquito bites. I fell asleep in the car because of two reasons:
1. There was nothing to do
2. I was tired because I woke up at 7:00am

We gave them flowers, food and paper money. I'm the girl in the front row with a "sailor" dress on. Everyone says that I look like a sailor, and I'm not saying that I didn't because I did. It's just not a sailor's dress, the colours are but I wasn't.

Everyone will miss Yee Pak Kung, Especially the family. Ah Tai (my great grandmother) cried when she got there, everyone tried to cheer her up. The buddhist monks sang a song that kau fu said was "hip hop" he pretended to do a little hip hop dance, that was funny.

We'll miss Yee Pak Kung alot,

and great grandfather and kungkung!
